Information we collect
When a school or institution requests testing access, SIRA collects the contact name, work email, organisation details, role, approximate staff size and the administrative needs voluntarily supplied. Approved testers may also provide account, support and diagnostic information needed to operate the service.
How information is used
Information is used to verify requests, review testing eligibility, establish the correct school workspace, provide support, secure accounts and improve SIRA. SIRA does not sell personal information.
Storage and service providers
The testing service uses providers including Cloudflare for website delivery, Firebase for identity and approved service records, and Resend for transactional emails. Each provider processes limited information necessary to perform its service.
Retention and protection
Testing records are retained only while needed for evaluation, security, support and applicable legal obligations. Access is restricted according to role and operational need. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained for security, dispute or legal reasons.
Children and student records
The public testing application is intended for authorised adult representatives of schools and institutions. Do not submit student records, children’s personal information or confidential educational documents through the public enquiry form.
