Eligibility and authority
A testing request must be submitted by an adult authorised to represent the named school or institution. Approval is discretionary and may be withdrawn to protect users, institutions or the service.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse SIRA, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, introduce harmful code, conduct unauthorised security testing or use the service for unlawful, deceptive or discriminatory activity.
Controlled-testing status
SIRA is not yet a production service. Features may be incomplete, unavailable, changed or removed. Testing builds may contain defects and must not be treated as the sole system of record for critical school operations.
Data and permissions
Only submit information you are authorised to use. Schools and institutions remain responsible for deciding what data may be introduced, who receives access and which actions require human approval.
Human responsibility
AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect. Users must review outputs and remain responsible for decisions, communications and administrative actions.
Availability and changes
Testing access is provided without a guaranteed service level. SIRA may suspend access for maintenance, security, abuse prevention or programme changes.
Intellectual property and feedback
SIRA and its original materials remain the property of their respective owner. Testers retain ownership of their content and permit its processing only as necessary to provide the service. Feedback may be used to improve SIRA without identifying the contributor publicly.
